Payments

Requisition for Payments:

• Contractor`s requisition for payment form(attched).

• The form should be submited to the Bank duly filled, signed and stamped by all Parties(Owner, Contractor, Consultant).

• Attach photographs for stage works.

• Contractor`s requisition for final payment form(attached).

• The final payment form should be submitted to Bank duly filled, signed, and stamped by all Parties(Owner, Contractor, Consultant)

• Submit the building completion certificate.

• Submit the electricity and water certificate.

• Submet the extension of joint agreement request if the agreement has expired.
